Welcome to GemStox. By accessing or using our website (gemstox.com) and signal analysis platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

GemStox provides mathematical signal analysis for equity markets. Our platform generates buy/sell timing signals based on stochastic simulation, volatility modeling, and cross-validation across multiple strategy classes. The Service is a data analysis tool and does not constitute financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

GemStox is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All signals, analysis, and content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Trading involves risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@gemstox.com. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy at the time of purchase.

4. License Keys

Upon successful payment, you receive a license key to activate the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys is prohibited. Each license is valid for the duration of the purchased plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without explicit permission
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by GemStox or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals or analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemStox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GemStox operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
